Parent Chaperones and
If you would like to go on field trips during the school year, you will need to be on the approved chaperone list. If you were approved last year, you still need to complete and sign an application.
Write a note to your child’s teacher or call the front desk and ask for an application to be sent home with your child.
The deadline for submitting an application will be December 15.
